Returns

We want you to have enough time to see if Oliver and its accessories are truly the right fit for you. That's why we've extended our withdrawal period – you can return the goods to us up to 30 days after receiving them.

How do returns work?

• Return period

  You can withdraw from the contract concluded via a purchase on our e-shop without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving your order.

• How to initiate a return

  There is no need to print anything out or search for complicated instructions. On the return page, you simply fill out a form, providing primarily:

  • First and last name

  • Contact e-mail

  • Order number

  • Reason for return
    
    After submitting the form, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the goods.

• What needs to be returned

  The returned goods must always be complete, exactly as you received them.

  If you are returning the Oliver hydroponic system, you must return in particular:

  • The Oliver hydroponic system

  • Seed kit

  • Power adapter

  • Assembly kit

  • Any other accessories included in the package

  • The original product packaging
    
    The same rule applies to all other products and accessories – you must always return the complete contents of the package.

• Condition of returned goods

  The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging.

• Shipping the returned goods

  Once you initiate a return, we will send you instructions on how to ship the goods. Please always pack everything carefully to prevent any damage during transport. Ideally, use the original packaging.

  After submitting the form, our customer support team will send you a link where you can arrange shipping of the claimed item via DPD or Packeta (Zásilkovna, available only within the Czech Republic), with the shipping costs covered by us. If you choose a carrier other than DPD or Packeta (Zásilkovna, available only within the Czech Republic), you will be responsible for all shipping costs yourself.

• Refunds

  Once the returned goods reach us, we will inspect everything to make sure it's in order. We will then refund the amount paid using the same payment method you originally used.

  Processing the refund will take us no more than 14 days.
