What the replacement baskets allow you to do
Give each plant enough moisture at every stage of growth
The grow baskets are perforated at the bottom so roots can grow through them. You also insert the wicks through them. This way, the plant can take as much water from the reservoir as it needs at every stage of growth.
Correct placement of the capsule in Oliver
The capsules with substrate and seeds fit perfectly into the grow baskets, and the plant will settle in them comfortably.
